It is cut to mimic a classic full circle skirt from the fifties and it literally does create a true circle is you lay it out flat

It is cut so low at the front and with such a deep plunge that the girl who gets this should be pretty brave or layer it over a stretch strapless piece

The dress is fully lined in pink silk chiffon and closes with an hidden zipper at the back

There are also some small crease marks in the elbow of the sleeves that are worked into the velvet due to the skinny fit
