There is so much fabric that I feel these do not detract but I have priced it lower as a result

The top is classic Missoni - it is a chunky knit with silver lurex thread running though it to highlight the design

The final perfect touch is the watteau like back - it gives it a draped goddess feel

So my team and I were thrilled to find this Spring 1980 ad for this same Missoni dress in a different colorway

It falls quite straight when the wearer stand still but when she moves it really shows off the volume that is there! The top is a draped halter with the fabric set on an angle drawing the eye up and in for length. The straps are caught up just below the neck
